Some of you may already know this part of our story. AirDoctor is the name we began with, and the name our air purifiers have carried around the world for years. In the UK and Europe, you have known us as AmazingAir.
Now, we are bringing everything together and coming home to AirDoctor.
The same air purifiers, back under the AirDoctor name
Although the name is changing, your air purifier is not.
The products and the technology inside them are staying exactly as they are, and you will continue to hear from the same team.
AmazingAir has always been part of AirDoctor. It was the name we used to introduce our air purifiers to households across the UK and Europe. It was backed by the same technology and the same commitment to cleaner indoor air that have always defined AirDoctor.
The change brings us closer to one clear and consistent name: AirDoctor.
Why are we making the change?
We are not launching something new or asking customers to place their trust in an unfamiliar brand.
In fact, AirDoctor is our original and more widely established name. It is already recognised by customers around the world, and bringing our UK and European presence under the same identity gives the brand greater clarity and consistency.
When you read about AirDoctor internationally or come across one of our products elsewhere, you will recognise it as part of the same brand you already know.
For us, this is not about becoming something different. It is about making the connection clearer and bringing the brand together under one name.
What will change?
The change you will notice most is the name.
AmazingAir will become AirDoctor, and our air purifiers will use the same product names as the wider international range.
The AmazingAir 2000 will become the AirDoctor 2000, while the AmazingAir 3500 will become the AirDoctor 3500.
You will gradually begin to see the AirDoctor name across our website, emails, social channels and packaging. Both names may appear for a while, but whether you see AmazingAir or AirDoctor, the products come from the same company and are supported by the same team.
What will stay the same?
The products, performance and support you know are staying the same.
The AirDoctor 2000 will remain the compact air purifier designed for spaces such as bedrooms, nurseries and home offices. The AirDoctor 3500 will remain the larger model for living rooms, kitchens and other shared areas of the home.
Both models will continue to use the same independently tested and certified filtration technology, including UltraHEPA™ filtration and a Carbon/Gas Trap/VOC filter. Their built-in air quality monitoring will remain unchanged.
The same applies to our customer support. If you already own an AmazingAir air purifier, there is nothing you need to do. Your order details, warranty and customer account will remain in place, and our team will continue to provide the same product guidance and customer care.
A name change can naturally raise questions, so we want to be clear: the identity is changing, but the product quality and service are not.
