Shipping policy
Order confirmation & tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Once your package has been shipped, our shipping partner will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your order.
If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at info@amazingair.eu. Please use the subject line: "Shipping Address Change – Order X" (Replace X with your order number).
Delivery time
All deliveries within the EU are shipped with DPD. Delivery times vary from country to country.
Deliveries to non-EU countries within Europe are shipped via FedEx under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms, meaning VAT and import duties are not included.
