Shipping

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Once your package has been shipped, our shipping partner will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order.

If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at info@amazingair.eu as soon as possible.
Use the subject line: "Shipping Address Change – Order X" (Replace X with your order number).

Delivery Time

All deliveries within the EU are shipped with DPD. Delivery times vary depending on the country.

Deliveries to non-EU countries within Europe are shipped via FedEx under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms, meaning VAT and import duties are not included.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions:

Due to health and hygiene regulations, AmazingAir products can only be returned if the seal on the package is intact. This means the products must be unopened and unused.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

How to Return a Product:

1. Send an email to info@amazingair.eu with your order number, name, contact information, and reason for return (if any).
Use the subject line: "Return Request – Order X" (Replace X with your order number).
This must be done within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Wait for our confirmation before sending your return. We will provide further instructions.

3. Pack your items securely and include your packing slip, indicating which products are inside.

4. Ship the package (at your own cost) to:

5. Inspection and refund. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days.

Important Notes:

Ensure your return is properly packed, as the risk of damage during transport lies with the sender. Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
